Such a good job the people from SPCA are doing. Friendly and efficient staff. Assisting with paperwork. We are really very impressed with the service. Thank you for the work you do for the animals
Beautiful service by Beautiful people. Went there to surrender my dog. Clean place. They also offer other services too.
Tshwane SPCA does fantastic work, especially considering their limited resources. Friendly and helpful staff, clean building and kennels, and it’s clear that the animals are being taken good care of. We adopted a lovely kitten this week. The entire process from application and home inspection to sterilisation and collection was very thorough and professional. Thanks so much for the great work that you all do!
Clean and Neat.Very friendly staff. My pet 🐕 stayed there. She was very well taken care of.The kennels are clean and airy very spacious. My pet was happy. And looked great when we picked her up. Monica was very helpful and friendly. I recommend the SPCA.
Adopted two loving cats there recently. There are so many animals here that deserve a loving home. The facilities for the animals are good, and the adoption procedure is thorough. When you want to adopt a cat or dog, you pay a R220 deposit, then the staff will perform a home check. After a successful home check, you pay the adoption fee and then your cat or dog will be spayed/neutered and receive the necessary vaccinations. Then you will be able to collect your new friend. Please if you are able to, consider adopting.
The SPCA do not allow you to adopt animals if you stay in a flat. That rule is not advertised anywhere. So don't waste your time. You can also see that staff are confronted by upset people each day because the attitude was a bit defensive. If you live in a house, please adopt, they really have lovely animals to adopt.
Their services are usually great. But today there was a new employee ( l assumed because she wasn't in uniform) who should not be at the front desk quite yet. She was not friendly and she lacked compassion.
