Dear casualty staff(Day shift) I would like to sincerely thank the casualty staff who assisted me today, from admin ,Sr & the Dr. Your professionalism, kindness, and prompt care meant a great deal to me today. I truly felt supported and well cared for. Please accept my heartfelt appreciation for the compassion and dedication you show to your patients. Your work does not go unnoticed and I am very grateful.

Lenmed Randfontein is slowly loosing it, I’ve been using this hospital for more than 5 years now. This thing of sitting at casualty for more than 8 hours is really exhausting 😭😭 on the 24 of December I was there and the hospital was empty we were only 2 at the casualty. Came back on the 2nd of January just for a simple check up but I was there for more than 6 hours. I then decided to change times and come in the morning thinking that it might be the late staff that’s a problem but nothing, when I walked in here it was exactly 8:19am as I’m typing this message it’s 15:43 still at casualty😭😭 this is so heartbreaking, I keep on saying this is my last time coming here but I’m so used to this hospital and I’m comfortable here but the service in casualty is very bad no difference than Leratong hospital 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Horrible hospital. The service you get is shocking. Waited more than a day to do an MRI scan because the nurses and doctors are to lazy to do anything. You are better off going to Leratong Hospital

The Doctors and staff far friendly from the reception until the doctors rooms. I like the grading it speaks to its target market. The colors are warm and inviting.

Hospital is spotlessly clean. All the staff are exceptionally polite. Proscan xray department is just a dream. Lovely people and great service

The emergency room in lenmed took my money for nothing wow. I complained about bad constipation on a 1 year old for weeks and the dr failed to read a mere X-ray that he requested? Yho guys you’ll kill people hey? Do better please

I get better empathic service going to service a car. Patient admitted @ 8am. Only had something to eat @ 13:00, after having to enquire with nurses. No dietary options asked. Nurses give below par care.
