Not impressed at all. Called the after hours emergency number last week and with a sigh got told that he will help me so I explained my situation to him as I had a sick 13year old Dachshund that was dehydrated even after everything I did and needed medical assistance and I was willing to pay the fees associated with it then he asked me who was the vet that worked on her and I told him and he plainly refused to assist me after hearing who the vet was and I got told seeing that he wasn't my first choice as a vet he refuses to assist me with my dehydrated dog and she really needed immediate assistance. I said that I am scared she will pass away during the night and yet he still didn't care. I can't believe that a vet will let a dog suffer due to him having some sort of issue with the other vet and it's not my dog's fauIt but she had to suffer. I have never heard of a vet that will do that but I was proven wrong as vets clearly will. I am absolutely appalled at this type of treatment. How can a vet jeopardise a animals health due to a disagreement with a vet. I was told he only treats his patients.
Dr Pieter is the best he cares deeply for all the animals that enters his practice and so do all the other Dr's and the receptionist Thank you
Dr van Heerden is a great doctor...He takes excellent care of your beloved pet family...I would take my baby there again anytime... Dr van Heerden took care of my Beautiful Dutchhund
The professionalism (empathy, deerness, compassion, sympathy) of dr. Matthee and staff will remain with us.
Great clinic, professional service, will go there all the time i need assistance with my dog
Compassionate and professional. Saved our dog where our previous vet completely misdiagnosed and insisted we euthanise without even a supporting xray
They are simply the best. You feel welcome and the staff are really friendly and professional. This is not a career choice for them, but a Calling. That is the difference between good drs and bad drs. They realy do care about each animal. I can recommend them to anyone living in the Goldfields area.
