SHALOM CATTERY

Shalom Cattery was the perfect place to leave my cat, when I was unable to take care of him. After my accident everything was a blur. When I spoke with the owner Heleen and explained my situation, she kept things simple and helped coordinate things without any additional stress. The family home is warm and inviting. The cattery is the same. Heleen put the same level of warmth and care into the place all the cats stay. That's huge. There's a set schedule for feeding and playtime. All this helps set your little kitty cat at ease and occupy their little hearts and minds with the things they need. I'm so happy I chose Shalom, in fact, I kind of want to send my cat there regularly 😜 it just seemed to be such a good experience for him. I also had to extend the stay and Heleen was very accommodating. I'm forever grateful to Heleen and her home away from home.

My 2 cats spend 10 days at the cattery while we were painting our house. I was very nervous leaving my 2 babies as they have never left home before. Heleen told me I could come and have a look at the cattery beforehand. After meeting her I was feeling much more reassured . She send me updates with photos to keep us in the loop. When I fetched them they were all packed up and ready to go. They were happy and healthy and just slipped back into their normal routine at home. I can highly recommend Heleen and Shalom Cattery.

My cat spent a week a shalom cattery. Heleen was awesome and took such good care of our cat. She gave us updates on our cats stay and photos. Our cat looked like she was having the time of her life there. She came back home happy and healthy. We are very pleased with the service Heleen provided and would recommend shalom cattery to anyone looking for a nice place for your cat when traveling. You can leave your cat there knowing that it will be well taken care of.

Rambo was very happy. Our needs as owners where met even though we did not even realise we had those needs. We where sent photos during his stay keeping us up to date with how he is doing. No habits was learned and on return home he was exactly the same. Definately a must stay for your furry child.

My fur baby stayed at Shalom Cattery for 2 nights and I was very nervous as he's never been in a Cattery before. When I asked Heleen how he was doing at the time, he said he was so chilled. This was a surprise to me as he can be bratty at times, I expected him to be the same there. Obviously speaks volumes as to how well Heleen looks after the cats and her natural affinity for them. I had never left my cat before his stay at Shalom Cattery but from the minute Honey arrived he felt at home. What a wonderful home away from home. He had a 3 week stay and was so happy and content during that time. Heleen is so kind and loving to the cats. I received messages and photos to reassure me he was fine. Shalom Cattery is a fantastic place to leave your precious cats. Honey will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Shalom Cattery is a great home away from home for your fur baby. The cattery is sufficiently and securely sealed off so no cat can run off or get lost. Each cat has their own private spacious cage with litter, food (we provided our own), water, toys and a branch for climbing and sleeping. Heleen takes the cats out of their cages to play and enjoy some sun within the cattery. Heleen is a delight, it is clear that she is passionate about what she does. She provided regular updates and even sent us pictures daily, which helped to ease any anxiety or worries about how our cat was doing. She also accommodated our last minute request to extend the stay a few days which was helpful and kind. Highly recommend, if cats could talk I'm sure our cat would agree! Thanks Heleen!
