Dr Irma treats all her pups as though they are her children. She is an ethical breeder (I saw all the papers wrt the 2 Biewers that I bought) and a caring veterinarian. If you want 'after sales service' her and her team are so willing to help educate ito how to take care of them. As with having a child, there is no way to know if one of them will become sick and it's heartbreaking for all involved. The fact that she offered to take the pup back means that she will take responsibility for it's care and associated costs. I specifically took out pet insurance the same way I have medical aid. Don't get any animal if you can't afford to look after it.
Horrible experience after paying R7500 for a Yorkshire just to find out 1 week later our Puppy has a serious heart disease, and this from a breeder that is also a Veterinarian. Asked for a refund and we will use the funds towards medical bills and still look after the sick pup, breeder just kept saying we must return the pup and take another one like it's a piece of furniture that you just swap out! I would not recommend buying any puppies from them.
Got my baby here almost 7 years ago and was such a pleasant experience from the beginning. I got so much support and care through the process and I loved how ethically Dr Bailey is with her yorkies.
Very bad communication when enquiring about purchasing a dog via whatsapp.
Helpful to sell, no follow ups
Always excellent service!
