The establishment was wonderful and there is a choice of accommodations and they are nicely spread out for privacy. The self catering unit was spacy and we were grateful for the aircon in the summer heat. a feature is definitely the garden that has to much to see and one can see a lot of attention and love has gone into that garden. The staff and owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was great. Bed was fine but its just for bigger people the double was a bit tight, so just size and not quality of bed
Advertised as restaurant that you can just walk in to be served. Booking is essential or you will be shown the door. Wish the site would mention it. If you stay at the Herberg you will be served. Do not just walk in from the street. De Herberg please change your advert or mention bookings needed before 11:00. Edit: As you can see the owner does not accept that I mention you can not just walk in from the street. This is their rule. Im saving others the time they will waste if they do not book. Its sad you took offense.
Enjoyed my stay. People are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. The food was amazing, so you don't even have to go to any restaurant.
Our stay was just one night but it was really nice. Everything was there. The beds are just a bit hard but we slept as we were very tired
