Doggy palace

Thank you very much to Dalene and her team from Doggy Palace in Hartbeespoort. You have taken care of my dogs and cats on two different occasions. This time our three dogs and one cat enjoyed a long stay with you while we were away on vacation. Your care of our pets was amazing. I love that you offer heating for pets as an option. We also appreciated the videos of our pets while we were away. We felt you went the extra mile and our pets came home happy and clean too. Thanks so much. We are so grateful and we will definitely see you again. We would definitely recommend you to others too. Thanks again. Your pet boarding service is the best!

Dalene took great care of our poodle puppy for the week. He came back to us happy, full of energy and clean. He really enjoyed his time there and we would definitely take him back!

We have been using Doggy Palace for their grooming and boarding services for the last 2 years. Pluto and Dex are always well cared for and even get excited when they see the van that comes to collect them. I highly recommend.

This is the most amazing place. I can't get over how wonderful they are. Little Eddie had to spend Christmas with them this year and I was at total peace that he was well looked after. He spent a few days with them in October to, during his stay it was his Birthday and they had a little party for him. I received updates and videos almost everyday. What a pleasure. You are all fantastic. Thank you so very very much for the wonderful job you are doing. THANKS AGAIN, God Bless

Amazing place to send the dogs. Excellent care, my dogs always come back home washed and happy.

I have very spoiled dogs and trusting just anyone to look after them is hard for me. But with doggy palace I truly feel comfortable leaving my dogs. I still miss them a lot, but I don't worry about them. I know they are in good hands. You get video updates from Daleen and they get a bath before you pick them up. To me they are the best.

Doggy Palace and Dalene have been taking care of my pug Milo for many years. We travel quite often so Dalene has become Milo’s second mommy. The delivery and drop off service is fantastic, always on time and always a happy and clean Milo when he comes home. I even get a little video when I am away. Exceptional service!
