The Happy Cat Hotel

They took great care of our 2 cats while we were away. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up. When we got home our one cat was walking around our gardening meowing for a little while and looking around, I think he was looking for the friends he made while they were staying there. Both immediately went back to their old routines and seemed very content and happy. As a very worried cat parent, it made me happy to see that they were their normal, friendly selves which shows they received good care while we were away. Thank you to Patrick and Grace for taking care of our babies and for the photos while we were away.

Seem like good people and experienced with cats. The cat enclosure is at the back of the residential home. Nicely enclosed with an outside area for the kitties to explore, and many lovely nooks and crannies, cat trees, beds, igloos and cushions inside. The 8-10 cats we saw in the place seemed very happy running around, and there also are quiet spaces for cats who do not like interaction. While we will never send our baby here again, it does not seem a bad place for boarding cats. He was absolutely miserable the entire time and that is solely on our conscience. Now we get a good person to look after him in our home, for the same price (a bit less). Much happier baby

My partner and I were leaving for a holiday trip last minute back in December last year, and Patrick and his team were so gracious and accommodating. Even though our cat Felix can be quite skittish, he warmed up to the place and we really appreciated all the facebook photo updates on their page which often featured our cat chilling on a balcony or on a cat cushion. 100% recommend!

Literally the only place where I will leave my little furrball and feel at peace. They are the most loving people and take care of the kitties with so much love. The facilities are also any cat's dream.

Onerous and inflexible booking process. Requested availability at 19:22, was told had to pay R1350 deposit (non refundable) by 22:00 or booking would not even be processed or accepted. When I responded that I was uncomfortable to do so, my booking was cancelled and declined. Great customer service, not.

Patrick is trustworthy and gives you peace of mind going away leaving your pet is caring and safe hands

My cat has always been very well looked after here 🙂
