Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa

I was blown away by the stunning setup of the hotel. It was so neat and beautiful. I then visited the spa which was just out the door in the next building. I didn't book an appointment but they were so welcoming and friendly. I had a relaxing massage chair experience whilst I had my feet done. They were super professional and did a fantastic job with my gel nails.

Thank you for the warm hospitality, the hotel is luxury Personified: the white towels are white; the white linen is white (not cream white). |The hotel has the best receptionist, shes kind, patient and warm- and contributes to making the experience great 🙂 ||The rooms and bathroom are clean. I must however say that as I was driving towards the hotel I was doubting my decision to book there, it seemed like the neighborhood is loud and I might not be able to have a greatful night - which I needed after driving for 9 hours. I was so wrong- the hotel is a gem with great security, I had a peaceful night. I need to add: theres a kitchen and Spa at the hotel, so you can order food as well as book yourself into a spa.||Thank you for your hospitality

Most beautiful rooms , makes me wish my bedroom was designed like this. Worth the money to be honest comes with big smart tv mounted on the wall with Netflix and prime etc. only problem is the parking is abit awkward but it’s under renovation that will probably be sorted. Oh ya and don’t get the breakfast option, it’s not really great but I mean it’s a small hotel so there is no buffet. But the rooms totally worth it best place to book if you in Kokstad.

We're here right now. ..this is such a stunning place! We're from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and been travelling from East London the entire day! What a relief to come here and relax.... We were really cold when we got here, but Sue Ellen warmed us up with her warm personality ....typically South African...🇿🇦🇿🇦♥️♥️.....and she warmed up our room for us....by putting on the heating on and putting on the under blankets. She was very helpful and showed us around, and gave us good advice about dinner, etc. Strongly recommend Eden Boutique Hotel. Thanks Sue Ellen....we'll be back in the future. I stayed in a room that was well fitted for me. I am disabled - the shower was great with seat, the bed was wonderful, it was a very comfortable stay.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed about this place. I unfortunately didn’t read the review regarding the noise before booking and I regret it 😩😢. I called reception numerous times complaining about noise and nothing was done to manage the situation. Music played until early hours of the morning and nothing was done to make the stay bearable. This is not the place to book if you looking to rest. It’s a beautiful place but if you cannot rest at night all of the positives will be diminished. I will definitely never recommend this place to anybody.

Hospitality superb, 5 star easy! Warm welcome at the reception and on-point spa, highly recommend to anyone looking for a spa around Kokstad. Facilities, cleanliness, fresh smell all around, relaxing environment! Pleasant experience indeed, pity I did not get the names of the staff who were so welcoming and offered such great service.
