Madeira Bed

Thank you Madeira. The cottage was very nice. We felt safe and the calm atmosphere was what we needed. The cotttage had everything we needed and we could even cook a good pasta! Maybe consider cleaning products for the kitchen as well.

Thank you Eddie for being helpful. Room was clean but was struggling with the shower and couldn’t wash in the morning. Thank you for doing our laundry, it’s unfortunate we couldn’t continue staying in the room we wanted to. Will definitely come back with my family.

I stayed at this BnB while travelling for business and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was required to pay the full amount upfront before the booking was confirmed, which I did without any issue. However, when I requested an invoice (which I needed for business purposes), the host kept giving repeated excuses about why it couldn’t be sent. Despite following up several times, I never received the invoice at all. The lack of professionalism and communication made the entire experience extremely frustrating. For guests who need proper documentation for business travel, I would not recommend this accommodation.

We had a good stay, the place is charming, the Hosts are very friendly and really attentive to their guests needs. It was a short but pleasant stay!

We booked and paid for this accommodation and were delayed by traffic on the road. The host refused to check us in after 9:00pm and further refused to refund any of our fee. We were forced to pay for alternative accommodation as the host was non negotiable on a later check in time … we told them we have 4 children in the car with us but they were ok to leave us stranded …

I would like to like thank Madeira Bed for a excellent service. The rooms were clean and the place was nice and quite 👌. We really enjoyed our stay with my family.

We stopped here overnight on a long trip. Were warmly welcomed and found everything as advertised. Comfortable, clean and safe. Should maybe have asked for directions on operating the shower before initially freezing/scalding myself. Would definitely stay here again.
