Randvaal kennels are the friendliest and most caring and down to earth people I know. I have 3 beautiful baby pups from them. The pups have the sweetest personalities and are absolutely adorable. I have 2 that are 3 years old and one that’s a new born pup (see photos for cuteness). They are the best cuddle buddies.

WARNING: Avoid Randvaal Kennels - Terrible Communication, Missing Paperwork ​Dealing with Randvaal Kennels has been a nightmare and very dishonest from the start. ​Awful Communication and Dishonesty: We paid for our puppy months in advance but had to constantly push and beg for simple updates or photos. Our first chosen litter had passed on and the breeder gave vague reasons, which was extremely upsetting. We still don't know what illness they had. ​Unprofessional and Unethical: When the first puppy was unavailable, the breeder rudely refused to give us a refund. They only cooperated and offered us a new puppy after we mentioned involving a law firm. This felt like a lot of pressure to take a new puppy. ​STILL No Papers or Microchip: We paid the full price for a purebred puppy that was promised to include KUSA Registration and microchipping. We collected the puppy in August 2025, and as of today, we still have not received the official KUSA papers or the microchip certificate/details. The breeder initally kept promising to send the the documents every week and now ignores our messages. This puppy was never microchipped either. ​We paid for a fully registered and chipped purebred dog and only received the puppy itself. Please be careful of the severe lack of communication and the failure to deliver the paperwork you pay for when dealing with Randvaal Kennels.

We have adopted the cutest little girl from Randvaal breeders. The communication from beginning to end was fantastic, and they were amazing with pictures and videos once our pup was born. She is so cute, and you can just see she comes from an amazing line of Jack Russell's. We will recommend them to anyone wanting a puppy. Thanks for everything!

Shawn saw my post on Facebook, I was then thrown into Facebook jail. He send me a private message to get hold of Jana, which I don't regret. I wanted to adopt after our JR past away but the people had no compassion. From the first WhatsApp message I've sent Jana she had so much compassion and a caring heart. I played open cards with her and she met me more than half way! Long story short, I met my two girls for the first time 8 December 2024, they are lovely, lively and a perfect fit to our family. My son is autistic, he couldn't wait to get out the car to meet his puppies. While Jana and myself chatted he was in his element. Puppies are healthy, and adorable. And when I asked for photos or videos they have sent them to me. Always communication was there both ways. They not just my puppies grand parents they became friends.

We obtained our new short legged short haired Jack Russel boy Billy from Jana. From start to finish she was superb. Kept us updated at all times with progress and gave us many tips and advice.
