We had such a pleasant stay. Will definitely book again if we travel through Graaf-Reinette.
Very friendly hostess who added touring tips/sites to see in Graaff Reinet. Very worthwhile to take a full extra day to tour the town and its history.
Avg comfortable stay. ||||I was not happy with only getting R200 for meals whereas the trip voucher indicated R350, guesthouse management said they need to make a profit from this. Holding R150 back (40%) of the meal voucher as a profit is not fair.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and really close to restaurants. We just found that darker curtains would help as a lot of light comes in affecting one's sleep.
Peaceful and tranquil venue with all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. Spacious rooms and tasty breakfasts. The hosts however are the star of the show.
If rustic and antique is your thing you might like this place, I wasn't too impressed. To much upgrades and maintenance due. Front door of the room battles to open and close. Very old bath with damage to enamel. Bathroom mats are all bald and used up. Pillows on the beds didn't seem nice white and crisp. General decor very out dated. Very old box tv still in use. Generally clean, friendly and very helpful.
