We had a fantastic experience at this wonderful establishment. The atmosphere was truly lovely, creating a perfect setting for a special occasion. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We visited for Father’s Day and enjoyed a three-course meal that was absolutely stunning—each dish was a culinary delight. The chefs were dressed in proper chef attire, which added to the professional and authentic vibe. The tables were set up beautifully with great attention to detail, and the gardens and grass were impeccably maintained, adding to the overall charm. A special thank you to our waiter, Sebastian—you were a true rockstar and made our experience even more memorable.

Food very good, dinner and breakfast. Only problem was the wifi, they give you a code, when you go for food, you loose your code, no more wifi. Place is beautiful, game came near the rooms

We had a stop over from Durban to Augrabies. Very nice spot with friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms but no fridge. Had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant. The food at dinner was good and the waiters attentive but the delivery of the food was very slow. Breakfast was average but the delivery was again painfully slow. Hope to come again but I will pre order dinner and skip breakfast.

We stayed at this property for over a month and we have been consistently been getting terrible service from the waiters all the way to the manager. The property is great and the rooms are amazing. Unfortunately they can not make up for the bad customer experience.

My son got married at Uurpan this weekend! Everything was perfect. Beautiful venue! The accommodation was immaculate!

Very beautiful place. When can get closer to nature with all the animals and also just stepping into Cow dung. However we travelled with colleagues and I sensed a bit of a racial card still at their reception 2 of us of a colour received small rooms closer to each other and the other 3 were given beautiful rooms with huge beds and we didn’t check in together but when we arrived it was already pre-allocated and that just set me a bit off that you still receive a better room because of your colour though the company paid the same rate for all of us.
