When my father, Pierre Honiball, passed away, Luco took charge of everything that needed to be done and guided us through the whole process with love, wisdom, and professionalism. He made a difficult time much easier for my family and I. Not only did Luco handle everything with compassion and care, but he also managed to keep costs low. In fact, it cost less than half of what we expected to pay. We are so grateful for Luco's exceptional service and would recommend him to anyone in need of funeral services in the Bloemfontein area. I know that not many people will understand how pet owner also go through the grief process and there are not many options to be able to show to deal with the loss. But Luco from Avalon really helped make the process a little less painful with the cremation services. I was able to say goodbye to Milo with dignity after 17 years my side. I cannot thank Luco and Avalon enough for the service he provides and that he truly understands and cares.
