Keipoletse Funeral services

We received the worst experience from keipoletse funerals, the chairs were dirty, tables were fragile and the dates were wrong after telling them multiple times plus the drivers had attitude.. I think they are just thinking about the money.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Keipoletse Funeral Parlour. Despite paying a significant amount of money for their services, we were met with unacceptable rudeness. This is the first time my siblings and I have had to directly handle the arrangements for a loved one’s funeral, and we were unfamiliar with how funeral parlours operate. We needed clarification on many things, including coffins, packages, and services, as we were already overwhelmed with grief. When I went to dress my late mother, I asked a simple question about which hearse would be used for her. Instead of responding with compassion and understanding, the lady was incredibly rude and bluntly told me that I couldn’t choose. Her lack of empathy and professionalism during such a difficult time added unnecessary stress to an already emotional situation. Funeral parlours should offer care, patience, and guidance to grieving families, not dismissiveness and insensitivity. I truly hope Keipoletse Funeral Parlour takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service so other families don’t have to endure the same treatment. I sent the same message via email to Masoso but no response yet.

I feel u guys are not fair..some of us are not staying in kimberley and cant get there to pay on time but u are so quick to let the policies lapsed...even now in this lock down period..some of us was working but because u are 2 days late ..the policy lapse

They gave services at a reasonable price for first time comers who have never conducted a funeral or arranged one before.
