We had a brilliant service from Freida. I cannot recommend them any higher and she went above and beyond in sorting out my mom’s paperwork and cremation while we could not be there. Don’t look anywhere else!! Absolutely so pleased we wNt with them.
They provide terrible and careless service. The building itself is falling apart. They are reluctant to show you were your loved one’s body will be kept as it is dilapidated. If they can’t care for their own property how do you think they will treat your loved one’s body. Never again. Save yourself the trauma and never use their services.
I love this place because that is where dignified funerals for the loved ones are planned and arranged.
Shockingly awful customer service from the so called 'manager' - unprofessional, immature.
