I made use of Collinge and Co. last year when my dad passed away. I found both Mike and Nina to be very professional, patient and respectful. My dealings with Collinge this year was just as smooth running, when they arranged some unabridged documents for me. Sydney and Janine are extremely helpful and accommodating. It's a pleasure dealing with this team. Thankyou all!

You guys have been such a blessing! Your staff follow through on all your wonderful commitment of respect for the deceased and go beyond. Thank YOU❣ Please extend to Nina, Hester, Sydney and Sanguine. Even the AV guy Alex was quick and efficient. In a time which is so hard to work through, having a team like Collinge & Co on our side made it easier on our soul. No question to small was answered quickly.

Mike and his daughter with all the tattoos are both crooks. Mike came to my home to discuss my mothers funeral and he promised the stars and the moon. We needed our insurance policies to pay out in order for us to pay for the funeral but you can’t do that unless you have a death certificate which Mike insisted on doing but drug his feet so we ended up receiving it very late. We stressed this to Mike in the beginning and he said it’s okay he could wait for payment. Less than 4 days later Mike changed his mind and told us the funeral wouldn’t take place unless all payments are received in full and then disappeared, we never saw him again nor did he answer his phone or return emails. It literally was a shake down. We tried reasoning with this tattooed daughter but she was very rude, dismissive, disrespectful and condescending. We had to postpone the funeral for a week and half and it was agonising. I don’t recommend this funeral home, I would never go back to it whatsoever they will rob you and disrespect you especially if you’re a person of colour. Shame on you Mike.

Wonderful service and caring compassionate people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this very difficult time bearable and even at times beautiful.

With the passing of both my parents within 16 days of each other Collinge made us feel looked after. You guys are amazing. Thank you.

Without Mike's help we could have never gotten through this emotional time. I bless him for all the care he took for the family and the dignity they showed towards the deceased.
