From the first encounter on the phone to the collection of my fur baby I was pleasantly pleased. Natalie made me feel so at ease as it was my baby's first parlor experience. So from dropping off i felt comfortable leaving him there. Picked him up and wow what a difference he was. Thank you Natalie, we will definitely be back for our monthly visits.

This place is so small and way too cramped. Dogs are crammed on top of one another and that stresses them out so much. I took my dog here and she is very timid and shy (basset hound). All she needed was her nails clipped. They were not able to keep her calm at all and were man handling her terribly grabbing the skin on her neck and body so hard. By the time they were done she had pooped and peed on the table out of stress and she was foaming at the mouth and hyperventilating. they wouldn't let me back to try and keep her calm either. It shouldn't be this traumatic just to have nails clipped honestly! She hasn't done this with her previous groomers either. Never had such a messed up experience.

Most pathetic service, had brought our dog for a trim she came back with a cut open toe, was not told we had discovered it after collection. We had confronted them asking about her injuries and was told a it was common all we wanted was an apology regarding the injuries, Will never recommend unless you want your pet injured.
