Collar & Comb Dog Grooming Parlour

Our experience at collar and comb ballito is always great - our baby is a bit nervous when being groomed and they are gentle, patient and take good care of her. They even allow you to go to the back with them if your doggie is more nervous. Thank you to the friendly staff for making our baby look so gorgeous. I love that she gets a fashionable neck tie when she gets groomed too. Jeff is the best, he is so gentle and takes good care of our baby.

I cannot recommend Collar & Comb Grooming Parlour enough! From the moment I made an appointment, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. I had booked a grooming session for my sensitive little Pekingese, who’s usually uneasy in new environments. I spoke to a kind lady over the phone and requested that he not be kept in any cages or pens—and to my relief, she was incredibly understanding and reassured me that he would be taken care of with the utmost love and attention. To my absolute delight, when I came to collect him, he wasn’t in a cage at all—he was comfortably lounging behind the reception counter with two lovely staff members who were playing with him and keeping him company. My heart melted seeing how happy and calm he was! The grooming itself was exceptional. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and neatness of his fur cut. He looked and smelled amazing! As someone who's very particular about my fur baby, I can confidently say they exceeded all my expectations. Walking into Collar & Comb felt like walking into a 5-star hotel for pets—no exaggeration! The space is incredibly clean, beautifully set up, and has such a calm and welcoming energy. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about animals. It’s not just a grooming parlour; it’s a haven for your pets. What really stood out was the little extra touches—they gave my baby a goodie bag with tasty treats after his groom, which was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. They also offer a daycare service and overnight stay options for pets, which is such a unique and welcome offering in the Ballito area. Their prices are very reasonable for the high level of service you receive, and they also stock a variety of pet products—from treats to high-quality shampoos and more. Another bonus is their rewards card system, which gives discounts on your third visit—such a lovely incentive for returning customers! This is hands down one of the best grooming experiences I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be back. If you’re in the Ballito area and looking for a place that treats your pet like royalty, Collar & Comb is the one. Highly recommended! 🐾💛

Awesome place. Super friendly and they do a really great job. I don't know how they get my dog so clean

We took our miniature schnauzer pup for her first grooming here today and it was the best experience! The front of house staff were so kind and friendly, and chatted to us about what kind of cut we wanted for her - sharing their knowledge on specific breed cuts with us. We decided on short on the body and blended into the legs (to help her with the Ballito heat). The groomers did such a great job, she looks absolutely beautiful with her fresh cut! Will definitely be our go to groomers for our baby going forward ❤️

Wow! What a great experience! Our Scotties were treated with love and care. A lovely and clean environment. Highly, highly recommend this Parlour. Pawsome!!!

Awesome groomers… So fun to see the dogs enjoying the daycare

I have been with them since they first opened and found them to be the most professional, yet down to earth, loving people to deal with. As Vicky and her team have grown year on year, I have been astonished at just how much is put into providing for and supporting pet owners. The nicest people I have the privilege in dealing with and seeing my little guy get so much fuss over from all
