Builders Express Sunward Park
Located in Boksburg, Builders Express Sunward Park caters to a wide range of needs, offering a diverse selection of building supplies and tools. The store benefits from ample parking, a significant advantage for customers transporting larger items. While known for a broad product offering, ensuring prompt and attentive service appears to be an area for ongoing development.
Customers appreciate the comprehensive inventory and the potential for finding specialized equipment. However, the experience can sometimes be impacted by inconsistencies in the staff's responsiveness and follow-through; a more focused approach to customer interactions would further enhance the overall perception and ensure a consistently positive shopping experience.

Customer Reviews
Builders Express Sunward Park has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on over 1456 reviews on Google
Extremely poor service from staff and manager. Handed a 5kg gas bottle in for refill. Went shopping for about half-hour, only to get back to find my bottle still standing at front by security. When I questioned this they said I must wait another 10min. Approached the manager and he seemed more than less interested to sort this out. Like I spoiled his day by questioning this poor service. He was more interested paging through their brochures. No customer focus or care to sort it out.
They have wide variety of products. Plenty of parking space.
3rd time in a row customer service is poor, they announced the gas bottles to be collected and refill 10 times and when the guy came he strolls and has conversations with the colleagues and takes another hour and comes back and still takes his time to get here, even the area by the paint, the guy told us to come back after we pay for it then he leaves the shop and dissappears for a while and comes back in the shop and doesnt apologize or anything. I saw another review with the similar comment 3 months ago, yet nothing changed. Its like no one cares.
If you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional tradesperson, look no further! Builders express is a haven for tool lovers with its extensive collection of high-quality tools. From power drills to hand saws, they have it all. What impressed me the most was the variety and availability of tools for every project imaginable. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to the perfect tool for my needs. This store is a. must-visit for all your tool needs. I'll definitely be returning . Plenty of parking
Unfortunately worst customer experience on my end especially with they lack efficiency, no care within their service.
Every managers are always available to help non the less of their position in the store
Beautiful plumbing section! With both opportunities and challenges, we need to do our best every day to get everything done with the least amount of issues. This store made my life and the life of my colleagues easier! Thank you 🙂
