Dis-Chem Pharmacy East Point Mall

Was in dischem few hours ago . I was so disappointed . Dispensing meds side the people working there is use . The signage is terrible. 😣 ended up throwing my stuff on the floor am walking out. Staff standing around talking when you want help must scream anyone working here. This is not my first bad experience in this store. Never ever again. 😡

I prefer the Dischem East point there customer service is good and they have that personal touch felt so good when I left your shop.

Arrived on the teller and I asked about the rewards card and asked her to do it for me she said okay. I thought she will make the card only for her to just keep quiet and said I should pay which I did after that I asked what about the rewards card she said "I can’t help you with that go to customer service" I wanted to use those rewards for what I bought today. 😔

I had the best service from the pharmacist ever in dischem history all over the provinces, made me feel like a person and are very friendly.

At Dischem today 23.08.2025..... stood in a queue for literally 15 minutes..... 2 tellers working.... and the male teller that we went to was in no hurry whatsoever to get people attended to..... it was disgusting....Upon my complaining about the useless slow service, he proceeded to say that there had only been 4 tellers available for today and 2 were on lunch. A other customer at the till next door, who was also irate because of the long wait said that that's not our problem..... it really was pathetic service...... will definitely not bother going there again. Useless bunch.

On the 16th of July 2025 approx. 15:00, I walked in and I asked the first lady with a badge stating customer service who worked there when entering while she was chit chatting with her friends, where I can find Creon....she said I must go to the back dispencery.......................... " For a OTC medication? " This was confirmed on a previous visit by the pharmacist at the Dischem dispencery that it's OTC meds and available on the shelf. After waiting 10 min with slow progress in the dispencery queue, I got up and went to look for the medication myself walking up and down the alleys.......at least security was marking me,good job, I had old shoes on and I might have looked suspicious. After feeling like a suspect, I went to the cashier and paid for other meds.....I should have walked out and bought it at Clicks....my stupidity. I will never will I set foot there again. That is why I only go to Clicks,Trichardt rd. next to PicknPay...due to past customer service experience at this Dischem Branch. Clicks are always helpfull and friendly. Very bad and lazy service ! I was disgusted with the service and then felt humiliated by the security. Disgraceful service, shocking !
