Plumber Brakpan

We had a gas geyser installed by this company about one month ago. The installation was paid in full, and we have proof of payment. Despite requesting it at least four times, we have still not received the legally required Gas Certificate of Compliance (CoC), nor were we issued an invoice. The geyser is malfunctioning and has been spewing flames, which is a serious safety hazard. The company has promised on two separate occasions to come and fix the issue but failed to arrive both times and has since stopped responding. This situation is extremely concerning given that gas installations must be compliant and safe. We are now escalating the matter to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise others to ensure proper registration, documentation, and compliance before proceeding with any gas installation work.

Really disappointed. I paid almost R5000 for a new geyser. It packed up in five months. Kept getting told they will come today as its under guarantee. A week later I got somebody else out just to find out they put a refurbished geyser in. THEY ARE DISHONEST. And now nobody takes responsibility for this

Professional, friendly, helpful company. Was able to contact them late last night and they sent someone first thing this morning. Are informative and clear in explaining problems. Gentleman that came out was courteous and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

He arrived to change tap washers and sort out the taps functionality. We had to go and buy washers. Some of the taps are still wobbly. He then charged a call-out fee of R650 and a total of R1350.
