Worst experience ever. Made an appointment a week in advance. After pups been there for 3 hours they were still busy. After 5 hours when I went there they were halfway cut. Daphne doesnt answer her phone while I'm at the property. And don't respond. The guy "grooming" also opens the gate and help customers so every 5 min your dog go back in the cage while he does this. Did not even do the cut I asked for. Just had to get dogs out of here after being traumatised like this. Oh, yes, dogs kept in a little wire cage without any water all this time. No management present. No receipts, R200 a dog.. Pathetic!
I sent 2 of my dogs for a summer shave and she took good care of them, gave them a perfect shave and they smell amazing!! Very friendly service.
I don't take my pets to be groomed as often as I'd like to but when I do, I know they're in loving hands... The owner is a gem and my fur babies always look happy and well groomed.
I am so glad they didn't stop grooming, just moved places. I will gladly drive the 400km from Nelspruit to get Lilly groomed here. They are the best.
So much love for pets at this place, I have been going there for years and will always go back. I am never dissapointed. Thanks Daphne
The best doggy Parlour in Brits district. I will never take my fur babies to anyone. I only trust Daphne and her team.
Daphne loves dogs, so that definitely helps that my dogs get great treatment.
