Excellent service!! I have been going to this branch for 5 years and still remains my favourite branch. ❤️ Their friendly and helpful team are very knowledgeable about the products. My fur babies love the variety of treats I buy for them at this store.The cat scratch posts are great quality too 👌 It's an absolute pleasure shopping here! 🐈🐾🐕

We booked our Yorkie in today for what we specifically requested as an "in-between" groom. Unfortunately, she came home with what appears to be a full summer cut. Her fur is extremely short, and there was clearly no care taken in shaping or framing her face — which is especially disappointing for a breed like a Yorkshire Terrier where styling makes such a difference. This was our third visit, and despite selecting the same "in-between" cut each time, she has come home looking completely different on every occasion. There seems to be no consistency. Additionally, we had scheduled a 2h30 appointment, but upon arrival were told the booking was for 3pm. This lack of organisation, together with the staff’s noticeable lack of enthusiasm and customer engagement, made the experience even more frustrating. Sadly, based on our repeated experiences, we would not recommend this branch and will not be returning.

Lovely pet store and even has a self -service biscuit section where you can choose biscuits for your dog and fill up a container. You can take your pets with you and enjoy the wide selection of treats and food on offer.

The service and quality that this branch provides is amazing . Jordan especially, his service is impeccable. The recommendations on point and my dogs love the food you guys provide. I bought some new treats for my babies and they love it so much , wagging their tails excited for it every time.

I booked my cat for a wash,groom and cut at the parlor on Wednesday 26th of March 08:15. After they cut her hair they washed her with the foam shampoo but did not dry her right front leg and under her arm.When I got home from the parlor I tried drying it with a clean towel but she wouldn't let me which I found str ange. She continuously licked that area every day since coming back from flamingo square and yesterday I noticed she had bald hair spots and redness. Her chest,under her arm and her leg is red everywhere and she's starting to become more and more bald. I've been trying to put gel to soothe and relief her but the wounds is so raw and open making it difficult to help her. I wouldn't recommend this parlor to anyone.

I pooped in just after 9 a.m., and there were no pets being groomed. I was told that someone booked 9am for 2 dogs and didn't want any other pets at the same time. I was advised of an opening at 10.30am. What an absolute cheek and bad service to expect someone to wait around for 1hr30min. Annoyingly the person hadn't pitched by 9.15am and after the shop calling them they arrived just before 9.30am. Needless to say, I voiced my opinion that this was unacceptable. The customer with the 2 dogs didn't have to decency to apologize when she arrived. I took it upon myself to tell her that arriving 30 minutes late was unacceptable & and an inconvenience to others. Some people feel they are entitled to behave the way they want to without a care in the world. I blame the manager and owner, who both condone this. It's very disappointing, to say the least that some people get preferential treatment in a place that provides a service.

We have a difficult Border Collie and Chris Chris always goes out of his way to accommodate her. Thank you for the wonderful service and for the great grooming experience every single time!
