cutiepie grooming parlour

Took my Biewer Yorkie to Cutie Pie to get cute again, what a disaster. Paula went in with beautiful hair and relativly long ponytail, poor thing when she came out there. Scared and not feeling herself. This people have no idea about grooming. Not only did they shave about all her hair, it is not even all over and no ponytail at all and I have to say again not even a strait cut. Cutie Pie, it feel like you just stole R190.00 from me and left Paula "kaalgat" not herself, laying next to the toilet for 2 days. Not a very happy mommy. From me, you deserve no star at all.

cutiepie has been the groomers we have used for a few years they overall do great work. at times it feels a little rushed but overall well done with friendly staff.

Wont recommend, took my dog in a week and a half ago, they phoned me cause she was aggressive, when i got there she was hiding in the corner and i had to hold her to get cut and washed, since then we were in and out from one vet to the next, she had a hurt leg and was emotionless and today started having seizures. We are about R6000 in on vet costs and had to leave her at the animal hospital tonight so they could put her on seizure watch. Hospital costs they said can go from R12k to R18k if all goes well. Otherwise mri will be a extra R15k on top of the hospital costs.

I took my Yorkie to the Brackenfell branch of Cutie Pie Doggy Parlour for her first-ever grooming experience, and I am extremely disappointed. I specifically asked for a round puppy face cut, but her pony was chopped way too short, leaving a massive gap in the back. Her overall cut was choppy and uneven, her nails were barely trimmed, and worst of all, her private area was injured from the shaver. To make matters worse, when I sent an email with pictures expressing my concerns, all I received was a vague response asking which branch I visited and how many dogs I brought—no sincere apology, no attempt to address the issue. This was my Yorkie’s first experience at a grooming parlour, and it was completely ruined. I expected professional service and care, but instead, I was left deeply disappointed. Updating the review: I got a phone call from the owner who apologized, gave a warning to the groomer and offered a free grooming session for my yorkie.

Service was excellent! All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Anelle. Very well priced. We had a great time. Absolutely recommend Cutie Pie Doggy Parlour.

Staff animal lovers and care deeply about all the fur babies. Highly recommend. Happy clients happy groomers.

We call them the dog whisperers. These people absolutely adore dogs! We have 2 pugs and a very difficult anxious larger mixed breed. It's a struggle to get his nails cut, but they handled him so well! So patient! They even managed to bath him! We were so grateful! And obviously we will be back!
