They have definitely gained a lifelong customer. My fur baby beautifully cleaned and has a summer cut. Her hair was so matted and nails very long that it hurt her. But the staff did an amazing job.

Chardonnay took the time to have a detailed conversation with the groomer, ensuring that all my requests and concerns were addressed. She also checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was happy and comfortable with the grooming session, making me feel truly valued as a customer. What impressed me most was her dedication to providing top-notch service - she even called me to update me on Luna's progress. I made an appointment with the mobile parlour for 14 January which was for understandable reasons cancelled and rescheduled for 18 January. This was again rescheduled for the 21st of January at 10:30. By 17:45 nobody has pitched up after at 10:15 they confirmed they will come on the 21st. And no phone call or message send. When I followed up they read my message but dont offer any excuse or solution

I couldn't stay quiet on this one. They charge more for matted dogs than normal dogs, yet our one dog got one huge gash across her chest. The lady I saw grooming grabs the dogs by their facial hair so they do not try keep the groomer from trimming their facial hair. They do not have a a grooming arm or grooming loop. I'm in between two minds as to who is at fault. The owner or the lady who did the grooming. Yes they admitted fault but I feel like there is something really wrong how our animals are treated while we aren't there to protect them. We get a cute trimmed dog back that was most likely been the most horendes experience while in their care. The dog will now have to be taken to the vet to treat her wounds. This is in their Parow branch

Chadaney and Sharon are amazing with the Dogs. May they be blessed with what God has in store for them. Thanks ladies for looking after Levi so beautifully. Whenever he goes for his cut, when we fetch him. Their work speaks Volumes.

Saturday 12 August i was referred to Doggie Land Parlour by Petshop at N1. Worst day of my Tinkerbells yorkies life. I asked for a hygiene winter trim. I specifically told lady i love my yorkies hair. Wash and blow is most important. I came back to a doggie with wkrst shaved of her life. I was in tears. The owner did not even came to the front. Manager apologised. Worst service ever. I asked them if they even bother to study different cuts for different dogs. Most dissapointed!!
