We love it here, but our Jack loves it even more. He gets so excited when we pull up to drop him off that he practically tries to open the door himself. It breaks our hearts just a little when he happily trots off with one of the WONDERFUL staff members without so much as a backward glance. Not even a dramatic pause. No emotional farewell. Nothing. And then we receive a photo like this — just look at that happy dog! Clearly, he is living his best life. Thank you to Dogs Day Out for taking such wonderful care of all the pups and for creating a space where they can thrive and socialise and just be happy dogs!

We are extremely impressed with the service we have received at the Firgrove branch. We love the constant updates and photos we receive throughout the day, and the staff are always so friendly. I would definitely recommend Dog’s Day Out - Firgrove to anyone seeking a safe space for their dog to play and socialise!

If I don't have his leash ready and I accidentally open the door, he runs inside and cant wait to greet and play with everyone 🥰 They know every dog by name. And will truly love and care for your dog. And the best part is they send photos and videos throughout the day! My dog is my best friend and it brings me great joy that I can leave him there and know he will have the best play time 🩷 We would never have survived without Dogs Day Out 🩷

I recently had the pleasure of sending my dog to Dogs Day Out (Firgrove), and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional services they offer. From the moment I walked in, I could tell my dogs would be in great hands. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely passionate about animals, and it shows in the way they interact with each dog. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-organized, with areas designed for play, relaxation, and even enrichment activities. They offer personalized care, tailoring the experience to each dog's needs, whether it's for socializing, exercise, or special attention. My dogs were so happy, making new friends and engaging in fun activities that kept them mentally and physically stimulated. What really stood out to me was the daily updates and pictures they sent me. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dogs were having a great time and being well taken care of. The grooming and other additional services they offer are top-notch as well. I couldn't recommend this daycare enough for anyone looking for a safe, fun, and caring environment for their dog!
