Fluffy Pets Grooming Parlour

Excellent pricing and my Yorkie was not traumatized when I fetched him, he was quite calm. That's a first! Will be back in 3 months!

Not my doggies,but my mom's. She brought in her 2 labradors for a wash,groom and deshedding. When she got her dogs back,they haven't done anything to them. They were still very dirty and wasn't even brushed or deshed. The parlor was even messier and very dirty. And the staff is very unfriendly.

Very unhappy with the service of this company. Staff are unfriendly, unapproachable and did not explain how the fees work. I went to the back to see how far they were with my dogs and they were extremely rough with the dogs. My dogs were shaking after the whole experience and I noticed lots of cut marks on them when I got home. Definitely won't be returning to this parlour

Never ever will we support this place again- specifically asked that our puppy be CUT and not shaven, but he came back clean shaven 😡. What's the point of giving instructions ? When expressing dissatisfaction, the owner simply said 'oh we should have put the blade on 3' confirming that they shaved instead of cut. The head area was done so untidily as well. Lack of response to previous negative reviews shows that they couldn't be bothered about how clients feel. Pic 2 shows first haircut and that's why we went back - only to find the disaster seen in pic1 this morning. Most dissatisfied and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone !

I had the worst experience today with the so called Boss of this parlour. I have been using their service for some time. She dropped off my 2 Yorkies and because my messages did not come through via WhatsApp, she had to wait in front of my gate. My gate was open.. She eventually comes through rung my doorbell profusely and was rude to my 9 year old daughter who went to my door. Then she proceeded to open my front gate absolutely wide. Park at my neighours house and cause a stir. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced this type of treatment before from a business I support. I will never use their services or support such a business again. This boss needs to get some skills on practicing patience and good customer service. Absolutely pathetic behavior for an elderly women and a so called boss!!
