Jeni's Pet Parlour

We were so immensely happy with the excellent service, friendliness of the staff and the amount of love and care shown that went beyond service delivery. A truly wonderful place and highly recommended to all! Our little Coco left happy and we were immensely grateful for this experience. Outstanding experience!

I took my 4 month old Corgi in for his first groom with Jen’s team today. I have been so nervous about finding the right parlour to take him to and ensure his first experience is a positive one. I am so glad I chose to take him here! It was so fast, the team were all extremely friendly and he had a great time. Even left with a "party pack" of treats! Will definitely be bringing him for all his future grooms

Wow, wow and wow again. Tova, our rescue, had a groom today. Mom and I were so nervous as she has never had a cut before. The guys cuddled her, had treats on hand before they even started. We sat for about 5 minutes but Tova knew we were there and kept moaning. Jeni suggested we go for a walk. This settled Tova. Such kind and gentle staff both to humans and animals. They kept phoning to keep us updated and settled. Amazing place.

Our second time taking our spaniel Honey to Jeni’s and I can truly say they are the most fantastic team there is! Our poor girl was covered in foxtails and other grass seeds after a run at Rhodes memorial, and little did we know but they had dug so deeply they had punctured through her skin! The team managed to squeeze us in as it was a bit of an emergency and Liz made me aware of the foxtail issue and advised we take her to the vet, and in the space of less than an hour she was being sent in for surgery to remove the foxtails from her skin. Without Jeni’s team we would have only realised this issue once cysts had formed. Thank you Jeni’s you are absolute hero’s! Thank you for making our girl look beautiful, even if she now has to be shaved for surgery… she raked in the compliments at the vet!

The best place to groom your pets. If you are worried about how they handle your babies and if they are in good hands. This is the place to go to. Our pets have been going here ever since we moved to Capetown. Very professional, very gentle and best of all very knowledgeable. A big thank you to the team at Jenis.

Jeni, Liz and staff always does an excellent job in taking care of our fur baby's grooming needs.. Definitely recommend them!
