So happy with my service! I dropped my little Brandi off at 9:30 and at 10:00 I got the call that she was ready, I was a bit worried because surely they couldn’t be finished so fast but when I arrived and saw her I was so impressed, she had terrible knots in her legs and they were still able to give me the exact cut I wanted with the bootlegs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pup 😊

We are so happy with the grooming service for our Yorkie, Nala. She came back looking beautiful, clean, and well cute as hec!! Haha. The team is friendly, gentle, and clearly loves the dogs they work with. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands.

Brilliant groomers en friendly staff. They’ve groomed and shaved both our ragdoll and persian cats. Our kitties always come back smelling fresh, clean and well-shaved and happy. I took my Cocker Spaniel here for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were so friendly, gentle, and patient with my dog, and you can really tell they love what they do. My pup came out looking absolutely beautiful soft, shiny, and smelling amazing! They paid great attention to detail, especially around the ears and paws, which can be tricky with Cocker Spaniels. The whole place is clean, calm, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back again. Highly recommend! 🐶✂️💛

Please see the photo 😡 I just got home — cat’s still in the car because I’m literally rushing to work — and I am FURIOUS. What an absolute waste of my time, petrol, and money. I have groomers way closer to me in the city centre, but I chose this one in Milnerton because of the good reviews. I thought, "I’m moving soon, I really need my cat properly cleaned and de-shedded — I can’t have fur all over the new place." And THIS is what I get?! Look at my vest! Look at this brush! I just brushed her myself at home — after a so-called Full Monty groom. Her eyes are still dirty too 😤 WASTED my money. WASTED my time. I’m so angry and disappointed right now. However...... After a day or two.... The owner reached out and sent a mobile team over to correct the situation free of charge. Talk about world class client services... thank you for taking the time to sort of my complaint! I'll definitely be back!!
