Ruff Diamonds Dog Grooming

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our dog groomer, Natalie! She provided exceptional service for our two pugs, Pugsley and Mugzy, and treated them with so much love, patience, and care. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly and made both dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s clear she truly cares about animals, and we are very happy with her service. Our pugs looked great and were happy too! We highly recommend her services and will definitely be back.

I have had the most amazing experience with Ruff Diamond dog groomers. Her love for dogs shows in how happy my puppy was after her cut. Thank you for your love and patience and a beautiful cut. 🤗

After our little rescue Maltese mix had an ear infection, which might have come about due to careless grooming, we decided to look for someone who might be more into the "one on one" approach, and has true understanding of a dogs nature and needs. We were happy to get in contact with Natalie from Ruff Diamonds, which turned out to be the person we were looking for. She takes her time to understand the dog(s) and build rapport, so he/she can get the best treatment to look, but more importantly, also feel good. Health is a part of beauty, after all. We do not care for a dog smelling of perfume, it should be treated naturally, organic and with understanding care on top of the list. We are very pleased with Natalie and the great communication she provided, and we will definitely return and recommend her. Our golden oldie Pug (14 yo) will also be happy to get away from the stress of cages and other animals around as happens to be the case at some other groomers. Thank you Natalie at Ruff Diamonds, we will be back.

Natalie was lovely and did a great job with our long haired dacsi. She was gentle and thorough. Can recommend her services.

Natalie was fantastic with my very fiesty Yorkie, Buddy! He looked absolutely adorable and so handsome in his bandana ❤️

Natalie was amazing with our 7 mo th old Schnauzer, Waldo, who was having his first groom. Would highly recommend Ruff Diamonds to anyone looking for a caring and professional service.

Wow wow wow!! On a Sunday morning I wake up and find myself in a tricky situation with my beautiful senior female spaniel. Some neighbors on tableview recommended Ruff Diamonds to me and I contact Natalie straight away. Her responses were almost immediately and so friendly and professional. When we arrived at our appointment, she addressed my pup first and assessed what needed to be done. Hunny took to her straight Way and worked her magic. Natalie has a passion for dogs and grooming and making them feel so amazing. She took her time and kept in contact with me wherever I needed to know something. I can not thank you enough for making our senior pup feel so special and for bringing me to the attention of some details which we would never have known about. Even your mum was so friendly and welcoming. We will be back and we will ALWAYS recommend you! Thank you so very much from both Hunny and myself. Xo
