I take my nervous - reactive dog to see Dr Evan Alexander and his vet care is always excellent. He comes to fetch him from the car and we go in a side entrance when the coast is clear of other dogs and cats. Nellie loves Evan (even though he gets very anxious at the vet) and he is kind and understanding with him. The kennel men manage to help with getting him sorted with his vaccinations, nails clipped and anal glands sorted without incident. I am so grateful for the genuine care Evan shows for my special rescue boy and his willingness to answer any questions I have. Thank you Dr Alexander and the St Francis Team ♥️

Dr Evan and the rest of the staff are simply amazing. He was treating our beautiful kitty for over a month now. Sadly it was her time to move on . My 6 year old daughter and I would like to thank you all -from reception, to all of the vets who assisted us. The clinic is in pristine condition, ladies at the front desk are beyond phenomenal and genuinly so caring and empathetic. Dr Evan, we appreciate your efforts to try and keep Rainbow with us. Only cares about consultation fees try to get preventative seizure medication for my dog I can only give her the medication they already prescribed a year before if we pay another consultation fee to see my dog that's got nothing wrong with them at the moment it's just preventative in case they have another seizure
Very compassionate as always. Even with Covid-19 issues Dr Futter continued to be as caring as he has been with Sam from the day he was born 14 years ago through his road accident and cancer as a young dog to today when we said goodbye. Highly professional, always caring. 5 stars every time
