Loved that the dogs were not in cages but rather moving freely amongst the owner and staff. All the dogs were super relaxed and friendly. My anxious teacup Yorkie was totally fine when put in with the other dogs. When I fetched him, not only was he looking gorgeous with his summer cut, but he was in a good and relaxed mood. Normally he hides away for a day after a parlor, this time, he was happy and proud of his new look. I will be back.
I’ve been bringing my dogs to The Dog Box since they were puppies, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Michelle is always incredibly accommodating, and Cindy takes such great care of them. My dogs absolutely love their time here as they get to socialise, play, and have clearly grown very fond of the whole team. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in safe, loving hands. Can’t recommend this place enough!
The Soothing dog bed is such a winner! Great value, great price and my pups just love their beds. The 10-month old puppy (who we got just before lockdown) was very scared and skitty. She has calmed down completely and both her and our Pittie fit perfectly in the Large. Great service. Thank you Dog Box SA
What a wonderful experience at Dog Box! Michelle came highly recommended but their services exceeded all expectation! Helpful, professional and well priced. Innocent, the driver, arrived on time and held my hand with assurance, and our puppy returned better than new. Will definitely be back Xxx
Excellent cuts and general grooming - The staff is friendly and the dogs can roam freely. The grooming area is open- so you can see how they handle the dogs and its with love and care. Very comfortable to leave my bestie there😊
I am hectic when it comes to my baby yorki. I have had only good experiences at the dogbox. Cindy is great with Elfie and Michelle is always willing to help. Definitely recommended.
The Dog Box is the best grooming parlor in Cape Town. My dog is generally quite anxious, but she loves it there — everyone is so kind and exude a love for animals. If your dog is socialized they won’t put him/her in a cage, so the dogs get to play around together.
