Tip Top Dog & Cat Groomers

Very Very happy with the service that Tip Top provided. I have a very anxious German Shepard with long and mattered hair. They managed to make her feel comfortable and by the time I fetched her she looked absolutely stunning. The staff are very friendly you can see that they are animal lovers. Thank you Tip Top! We will definitely be back.

Ally and her team are absolutely amazing! My cat isn't the easiest customer, and she previously became very stressed being groomed. With Tip Top, she came out looking gorgeous and, more importantly, calm and happy. I highly recommend this great company! Their beautiful premises are a perk 🤩

The grooming my dog received was good and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately I must share a negative review from getting a surprise when they decided to just add an extra R200 to the bill because my dog had a few extra knots in his coat. He's a dog and that's why he gets booked in and that's what they as dog groomers deal with. If I as the client, were to be notified before hand, it would be a different story. If one is prepared for the event that if a few extra ticks or knots more than usual are found, then please do know that we charge a whole lot more, so the client can know what they are in for, right. General courtesy. So quite frankly, I feel cheated into paying more than what was agreed upon, which makes me never want to go there again and most certainly never want to recommend their services to anyone else.

I would HIGHLY recommend Tip Top Groomers - Ali and her Team are PHENOMENAL!! My dogs are always happy going there - they look after them so well!! We are emigrating to the UK - Ali is looking after my 2 Dogs while we quarantine. The service has been incredible - nothing is ever too much trouble. It makes it so much easier knowing they are in safe hands.... until they fly to me. Ali cares for them as if they are her own pets. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tip Top Groomers!!!

First Class service that my pets seem to enjoy as well. Highly recommended for three reasons: 1) Pets are happy and relaxed when collected, 2) Service has been maintained to a very high standard and 3) Feedback if relevant, on anything observed about your pet, will be both helpful and sensitively addressed.
