Distinctive Dogs

Not happy with the grooming done on my Yorkie. Random long pieces. Uneven and expensive for what I got. Only reason it's 2 star is because the service was good and staff very friendly. But I'm not happy with the cut!

Great, friendly service. Followed my grooming instructions perfectly. First time for my puppy and he had a great time.

Absolutely amazing staff and super friendly owners !! Blown away at the care and love for the dogs. A 10 star experience and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for taking such good care of my Boris

This is the first time I have used a dog parlour for this special doggy. He is a rescue dog with querks and I was worried about how he would behave around other dogs. With professional handling it was revealed that he is 'all bark and no bite' . He loves being groomed and enjoyed all the attention. He looks so smart now that I can hardly recognize him. They did a very good job and he now sports a cool summer coat. When we picked him up he still had a smile on his face, so all went well. The business is without a telephone line at the moment and has not had good service from Telekom. It is worthwhile just popping in to make an appointment. Sometimes if your dog arrives early he can be groomed straight away.

I took my german shepherd Rex in for a full wash and shave recently and I have to say these guys do an excellent job. They even have a shuttle service to pick the dogs up. Jonathan came through and he is so good with animals that even Rex who normally barks at strangers took to him quite quickly. When he returned, they had done a fantastic job bathing and shaving him even removing some terrible knots in his fur. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and even the admin staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Distinctive Dogs again.

Welcoming and friendly service received today. Our fur baby is neat and smells so clean. Thank you

Friendly and efficient staff. My Sheltie loves going here.
