My dog was desperately in need of a wash after the few days of relentless rain. Wags slotted him in without any issues understanding how uncomfortable it was for Duke, my dog, being a little smelly!

I went to her because of all the good reviews just to get my Yorkies lookinh nothing like what I asked for. I gave clear instructions on what I want to the staff. The owner's response was that she wasn't there, even though I had an appointment. I am very unhappy, we've been growing their hair for a few years and now all that progress is ruined. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. They didn't even do a good job with the haircut. There's jabs and it's cut unevenly
