This is our Go To Store! The ladies who work at the Karaglen store are amazing. They make all the difference and have made it our favorite place to shop. Our little pup also loves them and this store. He knows when he goes, its time for goodies. I think we will always go there and recommend it to everyone. Wonderful service, always fully stocked and so convenient.
Absolute Pets Karaglen is truly amazing. Absolutely friendly each and every time, extremely helpful, and always eager to be of assistance without any hesitation. They even answered my panicked phone call 5 minutes after closing time. I took a huge risk to call to enquire about an online order. I was not expecting an answer at all. It was remarkable how they not only answered my call but were exceptionally delightful and friendly about it. Absolutely amazing store, not to mention they are the only ones who religiously hold my cat's favourite food flavour every month. Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Requested a product and within 2 days it was in store. What a pleasure. Lovely gracious lady behind the counter.
Friendly knowledgeable staff
It's a good store selling quality products. The main reason I keep returning is because the staff are so friendly, it's rare to find that these days.
