Took my dog here for the second time ever. She didn’t receive all the treatments we requested, yet we were still charged full price, only for her to come home with a sprained hip, irritated skin, and just one clipped nail. None of this was communicated to us until we contacted them after paying and leaving. Very dishonest and unethical practice Edit & response: When I left, my dog was very excited to see us again and ran to us, likely out of adrenaline. She displayed no signs of being injured until after we got home when I put her on the ground and she could barely walk. So please, don’t you dare spread false information just to save face, because we contacted you immediately explaining the entire situation to you. You were the same ones that left her sprained, didn’t bother to inform us that you couldn’t clip all of her nails, and yet still charged us full price need I remind you. The pictures were taken right after she returned home and I was inspecting her nails and injuries with date and time proof. You should be glad I didn’t charge you for any veterinarian bills or take any legal action against you or your sorry excuse of a business. Have the day you deserve.
