Best experience ever. Took my Golden Retriever for grooming this morning. The staff was amazing. They were polite, caring, calm atmosphere and full of smiles. My special girl was happy and not stressed when I collected her but happy and looked amazing. Thank you so much. My retriever has found her permanent grooming salon. Well done guys 👌. Took my German shepherd in for a brush and a trim. Got back a shaved dog with red rashes all over her from being cut too close, when I said specifically dont cut short. They were unable to finish the job because she wouldn't let them take her out the cage (very frightened) to do touch-ups. Very unimpressed.
Excellent service. The staff are friendly and very good with the dogs. I'll definitely be making use of this service more often.
I don’t think they even deserve 1 star to be completely honest. I’m actually quite disappointed, I brought my 4 month old yorkie to Top Dog Groomers to get the traditional yorkie style cut. He was given back to me with scabs and scars under his front legs (in the armpit area) and his ribs! This is an absolute disgrace. At Top Dog Groomers they obviously don’t think of the pet’s safety before income. Really disappointed! This is so not okay! Would 100% not recommend!!!!!
