Absolute Pets Greenstone Shopping Centre

Good day, I really want to acknowledge your super amazing staff member Sphephelo. Not only is she working on new years day but she was super friendly and so helpful. She knew what she was talking about didn't rush or pressure us but she has this unique ability that you don't want to leave the store without buying something just because she assisted and helped us so much. We were in alot of stores in the mall today and alot of staff were grumpy but from the moment we walked in there she was bubbly happy and absolutely amazing!!!! I hope you guys know what a gem she is . We will definitely buy all our future pet foods and accessories only from this branch.

Lovely store with fabulous staff and a great selection of products. I would particularly like to offer an enormous thank you to Sphephelo for her wonderfully warm welcome each time I visit the store, and to also acknowledge her excellent product knowledge. I must say this branch is the best out of a number I've been to. Well done!

I came to the store at 4:30pm when they close at 5pm. There was a sign on the door saying that they would be back in 10 minutes. I waited until 5pm and no one came back to the store.

Good day I was assisted by Sphephelo today. She is an amazing & friendly person.

Decent products (Absolute Pets in general) and very knowledgeable staff (specifically the staff at this branch). I would like to put the emphasis on the knowable staff. Wow, that was a pleasant surprise. They are the reason I keep going back. The occasional gift you get with your purchase and loyalty card is a nice added touch too.

I always receive a lovely reception from the ladies at this branch. Friendly, knowledgeable on their product and treat pet parents amazingly

Always has stock and very polite and helpful.
