This woman shaved my cat to the skin.... It looks like burnt skin.... the hair won't grow on the black patch. She must quit that job if she can't manage and stop hurting innocent animals. I will definitely report her to the SPCA
I’ve previously been happy when taking my Yorkies there but this time I took my Border Collie there for a deshedding and general groom. Somehow his eye got injured and nothing was said to me about it, I noticed when I got home that his eye was irritating him and the next day it was completely bloodshot. He wasn’t groomed properly and still had a ton of undercoat left and dirt stuck to his tail feathers. This will now result in vets bills and more money spent on another groom somewhere else. Very disappointed ☹️ sadly I will not be back.
What a lovely lady Granny Theodora is. She took such good care of Athena ... really RECOMMEND
Super helpful and kitty always looks clean and smells great!!
