Clicks Pharmacy Kokstad

Pharmacists are helpful and kind, everyone will help you if needs be!

Click staffing has become a big problem. I'm not sure why but they have become very rude in pharmacy department. We don't want to mention who but a new employee has been rude towards my family and friends thinking she is mentally above them. Please sort your employees out and how they speak towards customers. Your systems need to be updated and your staff needs to go for training or need to be taught how to speak to customers in the correct way!! Very disappointed in clicks Kokstad.

Trying to call dispensary at Clicks Kokstad to order a script, for 3 days now. Get put on hold for so long and then cut off. So unprofessional, and a complete lack of service. Wish I could give a zero star rating

Some staff very helpful and friendly but the Long queue!!!!! There's no differentiation between prescription collection and over the counter service even though the sign posts are there! Scottburgh clicks definitely the best

I don’t think it is uesful for your to have a telephone number if it is not answered because today i called for several times but the phone is not answered. Bad service

Horrible, horrible service. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars at all.

Tried doing a telephonic enquiry, and I had a terrible experience I wasn't assisted at all they kept on dropping the landline
