Just so friendly and professional ❤️
So pleased with the entire experience. From making the appointment, easy and quick on whatsapp. Our newly adopted doggo was scared to go in but she came out happy, tail wagging which was the only proof I needed that she was OK with the salon. Thanks Salon Dog! See you in 8 weeks 🐶
I will only take my Toy Pom here for his grooming (as I have had bad experiences at other salons who trim without my permission). Salon Dog staff are professional and they know what they are doing.
Nice kind staff. Very happy with the kind treatment they gave my old dog. Came out happy and looking beautiful. We will be regular visitors from now on
Used aither groomer prior to moving to Salon Dog. My boy was always traumatised when he came back. Now he is happy and enjoys his visits without any problems.
They managed to cut our jackrussels nails, which is usually impossible. They are clearly miracle workers
I made an appointment to be for today. Even though it is a holiday and i was told on Tuesday to be there at 2.30 on Thursday. Upon arriving very early, we saw they were closed. I cannot understand why someone would say in there message, Thursday and a time if they know they will be closed that day. To me, makes no sense and seems very unprofessional. Noted that they need to get their communication right.
