Being a regular customer at the store,i was amazed at how the customer service has dropped to almost non existant ,i went to the store to purchase shade netting which is typically stored at the nursery ,finding no one there like usual these days , since im disabled i sent my son to look for help and we were told they will look for the person to help us ,this was 17h08 ,after he went back and forth 3 times looking for help by 17h40 i decided to leave due to no assistance ,when passing the front counter i made the lady at the help counter which seemed to be the local chatting point for employees ,aware of the problem ,i was told that i could go back to the shade netting and they will see if they can assist me .......really????? I decided to go to Cashbuild were i was immediately assisted and was in and out of the store with my purchase in less than 10 minutes......fix your customer service please builders ...or maybe one small voice in thousands doesnt count ?
Worst service ever!!! I am a frequent customer to Builders Mafikeng but there is just NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The yard counter is the worst!! When I got there three persons were behind the counter - one lady helping someone, one gentleman on the phone and one gentleman just sitting there. Other customers were also waiting to be helped! The ma just sitting stood up and walked away - never saw him again! The man on the phone has been on the phone for approximately 10min. When the woman was finished with the customer she walked away and never came back! 20 min later and still no one to help! I had to leave to get help at Cash Build!!!
Very clean, well equipped and friendly staff all add up to a quality shopping experience
You get everything that you want. They're a bit pricey but there are various payment options. Also the store is spacious.
Always friendly atmosphere. Employees eager to assist customers. Never seen a que since buying regularly there
They are well stocked and I always get what I'm looking for.
Service can be really bad at times.
