Dandy Dogs Mobile Dog Grooming Parlour

I have used Dandy dogs on 2 occasions. They did a fantastic cut on my yorkie the first time. What soured the experience was being hounded for payment for weeks after the appointment. I had paid before the appointment and even supplied the POP. I eventually blocked the whatsapp contact to stop it. The team is here today, arranged by my mother in law to do 2 dogs. paid for. The groomers completed 1 dog. I brought out the second dog, and the groomer must now stand here and blame me that I didnt tell him that it is for 2 dogs??? Excuse me? I told him he can leave and his employer can refund me. He then changed his tune. Come on man. Be better.

I’ve been from one groomer to another, and my babies have often been left anxious or scared. It’s never easy finding a place where they feel truly happy. But I am beyond grateful to have finally found the one! 💕 My fur babies are absolutely thriving, and I couldn’t be happier. Dandy Dog, you are amazing! Your staff are out of this world—so accommodating, caring, and full of love. Honestly, I think I look forward to the visits just as much as they do. 🐾✨ Be proud of the work you do and stay as wonderful as you are!

Wow, blown away by exceptional service. From booking the appointment to the dogs being groomed. Staff were fabulous smiling caring and just incredible. We will definitely be using this service again 🙂 Well done, keep up the excellent work

Amazing staff, treated our 5 fur kids like they were their own. Thank you again

If I could give more rating stars I would give you guys 100000...FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC. Absolutely fabulous staff and great service, Mandela and Alice were gentle, loving, caring and friendly. Thank you guys and your team for an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Hi there, today was the first time I used your company. I don't normally do reviews but feel this one was worth the mention. I have a Maltese and a Yorkie. Your staff was friendly and gentle specially with the Yorkie that had 2 bad experiences with 2 previous grooming parlours. Will definitely mention you to other people and will book again for next month. Thank you to a team worth the mention. Yvonne

Dandy dogs was here last week Monday, at first I thought of just leaving it, but decided against it. The groomer did not handle my Yorkie in a nice manner, and the lady that was supposed to help him was standing the whole time playing on her cell phone, that I needed to tell to leave her cell alone. I will never use them again, and will not recommend them at all.
