Second time groomer nipped our dogs private part whilst cutting and also under her arm. Merely denied it after photos were sent. Failed to even tell us. Do not have a love for dogs as they refuse to spend the time needed to work with an elderly doggy with sensitive skin. Full of excuses and not enough owning up.
The groomer shaved all the hair off my Golden Retriever while following orders incorrectly. Any oerson that knows something about grooming should know you don't shave their whole bodies. Very poor quality. Don't recommend. No sympathy as the dog is a bit older, there was told shouldn't we just put him out rather. Very unprofessional
My 3 Jill Russells (coz they are female jack Russels) go here. They don't put their customers in cages after their pampering either. Brilliant for small or very socially adapted four legged kids.
So friendly girls working there- can see they have a passion for all the four paw children thats groomed there!!! My Cody look so spiff if he come from there!!! Daizy Do you are great♥️♥️
They are very friendly and have a very relaxed atmosphere in the salon so the dogs are also relaxed. They groom your doggy according to your preferances.
