This rating is not for Clicks BT Ngebs, which is great generally, but Specifically I wish to thank Nandipha Mkotwana for her personal help and professionalism. Being treated with dignity and respect, and with such extra care is so rare in this world. I would be delighted to answer any personal management questions about this personal review. Nandipha is a treasure who I have no doubt has an extraordinarily successful career before her. She renews hope in humanity and Clicks is blessed to have her on their staff. God bless you, Nandipha!

Very poor service. Clinic and dispensary side doesnt answer the phones and when they do, they cut it 2 seconds later. No assistance is received over the phone at all

I had such a horrible experience with the workers after had inconvenienced me a few days ago but I’m the same breath I also want to send a huge S/O to Miss Asanda Bomeni who was great help to me. She called me to rectify things and made sure the mistake was corrected for me. I am so grateful to her for taking the time of running a tight ship even from Maternity Leave. Well done sis, you have retained a customer in me ❤️

They actually deserve no stars at all. I went on two occasions and the first day I waited so long in the line at the pharmacy. There were over 20 people but one pharmacist. Service is so slow and they don't have what you're looking for. One poor old lady was told to go back and forth from self prescription to script and no one wanted to help her. The second day I went back, lines were too long. Service is very poor!

Their phone line is useless, I called and I was told that I was being transferred to dispensary and it rang until I got tired. I called again and the phone was not picked up for about 3 times until I got tired of calling.

Very poor service especially the dispensary side. They drop the phones and not give any assistance

Staff have to be the worst i have ever experienced in a pharmacy 2 counters working for dispersing medications so expect a long wait as well
