I had the worst experience where a cashier was hiding my slip and I had to go back and forth looking for it when I came back with the security she gave me

the store had everything i wanted. It has the best service a person can ask for, the employees are kind and respectful both to adults and children. space inside the shop is enough for everyone and also good for maintaining social distance.

I’m appalled with the management of this Spar. I sent them an email on Saturday reporting my spoilt jungle oats bar with pictures as attachments and I even went to them after work to follow up because my email was not responded to. I was told to wait until Monday for the manager to address this and it still hasn’t been addressed and it is now Tuesday. This is not how customer complaints ought to be dealt with and these are the kind of services that give the Town as well as the franchise a bad name. This was a serious health hazard that required intervention on their part.

Usually not much packed when l go and shop there, and there is a nearby taxi rank and a parking lot nearby. Tops is located close if you consume beverages, have fresh bread daily👌👌.

Small, but gives you what you need. Location is convenient for truckers and such travelers from Durban side. It's the right "fill up" spot for the modern and upmarket traveler.

Very friendly staff, once bought a heater. Didn't get the heat I wanted, returned and explained to them. They gave a refund since they didn't have the type I wanted.
