I am a massive and loyal customer of Nelie's parlour. She is a dog lover herself, so I know my furry baby is in good hands. Great service for a great price!

I've sent them a WhatsApp and they read and did not care to reply on my question of bringing my dog for a cut.
My dog has been injured and shaved to the skin. I am really not happy.😡
Worst experience ever I kept getting stuffed around from time to time I make appointment I expect them to stick to the time they say and if they do change it to later that day they need to be there to take our appointment these people don't know how to keep to there appointments 😒
They injured my dog and did not groom her the way they should have
