Please have your staff, especially the public facing, reception staff study up on different breeds of dogs! The fact that the person I enquired about the cost of grooming a toy French Poodle had no idea what that breed of dog even is (especially when there is one on your logo), not only lost you a potential new client, but it makes me doubt your whole service. Not at all a good first impression!
Very happy. They are quick and communication is great. Most importantly, they treated my doggo so well and she looks (and smells) great!
The service was excellent, communication was clear and friendly, and they did a proper, professional job with my dog. I really appreciate the care and attention they gave, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Everyone at Pika's were so kind. My doggy is looking fabulous - service was fast, friendly and at a competitive price. Thank you!
Great experience. Before and after, lovely winter cut!
SUPER FAST!!! Caring, friendly and a job well done!
